DBC’S

GREATEST

ASSET

DBC is proud of the company culture we have fostered since 1998. Our incredible team is composed of like-minded individuals committed to collaborating effectively for positive outcomes. Primed to improve, we are excited to continue building our key personnel and future leaders at DBC.

For as long as DBC has existed, we have always been team- first. Training, developing, and nurturing our people is our priority, as this chemistry and our trust in one another allows us to safely execute maintenance while other companies are still in the crib. By having each other’s backs the way we do, each member feels safe in the role they take. Working at height, in confined spaces and in other high risk situations, we understand the importance in having our team able to rely on one another in this way. This is what makes DBC a teams’ dream.

We are dedicated to cultivating and supporting a team of engaged people, excited by the work we do for our clients. Our management, administration, and warehouse personnel provide an environment of excellence and support for our operational teams. This camaraderie and our common goals allows operational teams to safely deliver high quality work in challenging conditions. All DBC technicians are experienced and certified operating at height and in confined spaces to fulfil project requirements. DBC rope access trades people include Advanced Riggers, Advanced Scaffolders, Boilermakers, Fitters, Welders, Refractory Technicians, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Painters, Electricians and Carpenters.

As our team is responsible for delivering highly effective maintenance solutions, we ensure they are supported with the latest in standard and specialised tools and PPE. Combined with routine thorough inspections to ensure alignment with Quality standard ISO 9001:2015, and the IRATA ICOP. Rope access, lightweight platforms, stages, winches, and remote camera inspection systems are just a few of the specialised tools we provide to set our teams up for success.

Our team is our greatest asset. It is our responsibility to ensure their complete safety in all situations, to provide them with continual professional growth, and overall fulfilment at work.

We also acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia and we pay our respects to their elders, past present and emerging. We offer our support to Bangarra Dance Theatre for their beautiful work which is inspired by the customs and cultures of these communities.
